the IS43DR32801A are the industry's first 256Mb DDR2 SDRAMs with a 32 bit bus.
And these devices are also the first in a broad range of DDR2 SDRAMs that ISSI
will offer which will include a variety of densities, organizations, and
temperature ranges.
