We are currently looking for a Senior Internal Auditor based in our Hong Kong office. The individual will report to the Senior Audit Manager in the U.S., and will be responsible for audit engagements and Sarbanes Oxley internal controls testing in Asia.
Essential Functions:
Duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:
- Assist with the evaluation of the systems of internal control and risk management by performing operational, compliance and financial audits.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects as assigned by the Audit Committee and/or senior management
- Perform internal control testing and evaluation of Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 requirements.
- Conduct audits to verify accuracy of records, compliance with standards, policies and procedures
- Conduct research related to accounting and auditing rules, standards and practices.
- Travel to other ISSI's locations for audit engagements.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in finance or accountancy
- MBA, CPA or CIA preferred (or actively pursuing)
- Financial audit experience
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience preferably in a semiconductor company
- Ability to travel in the region
- Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Experience working with ERP systems.

Job Description
Manage the technical and reliability standards pertaining to the design materials and techniques or technical design function for electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry of products on the customer side. Manage the application engineering for SRAM, DRAM and FLASH products. Reference designs for various chipset companies.
Essential Functions:
Duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage small group of applications and characterization engineers and technicians.
- Work with customers to help use our products and resolve their design issues.
- Utilizing many development boards and mother boards to validate our products.
- Publish application notes, magazine articles, and reference designs as needed to promote our products.
- Research emerging applications to maintain a current understanding of future products.
- Work with R&D and Product Marketing to define new products.
- Develop technical presentations to be used in training customers and field sales force on our products.
- Provide technical training for reps and customers.
Qualifications:

This position requires memory circuit design experience. The role will be mostly design related but knowledge of design, verification and validation processes will be required. Knowledge of Digital/Analog circuit design and product development experience is preferred.
Ideal candidate will be able to evaluate reliability of materials, properties and techniques used in production; plans, designs, and develops electronic parts, components, and integrated circuitry.
Essential Functions:
Duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:
- Perform chip architecture, logic/circuit design, and simulation and optimization ISSI products
- Research and analyzes chip failures, and data such as customer design proposal, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application of ISSI memory products
- Develop design structure for performing required applications and modules
- Build, test, debug chip problems and document the new designs to be released to manufacture
- Manage the layout planning
- Support Manufacture and field service on any design issues
- Conducts design review meetings with internal staff
Required knowldedge, skills and abilities:
- This candidate requires a minimum of a B.S. in engineering, a deep technical understanding of memories (both SRAM and DRAM), a good understanding of communications products such as router, switches, base stations etc, and strong communications skills.
Qualifications:

- Principles and techniques of electrical engineering required
- Knowledge of memory architecture and high speed/low power memory circuit techniques required
- Synchronous memory, DDR, QDR, and Pseudo SRAM experience and high-speed technique design experience preferred
- Experienced with memory simulator such as HSPICE, HSIM, Verilog, and layout tool and verification software required
- Proficient in analysis, simulation and design using engineering tools
- Candidate must have good organization skills and an ability to work productively both independently and in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to interface and coordinate work with all levels and other departments
- Recent experience with analog DLL/PLL design, Voltage generator, IO impedance are preferred
