To address the need for a smaller form factor in many of today's compact applications, ISSI offers a broad range of memory products in wafer form. Often use of new multi-chip packages (MCPs) is required to meet the space requirements of cell phones, digital cameras, PDA's and many other applications. ISSI's wafer level memory products provide the memories you are familiar with, in a fully tested wafer form, that can be readily used in a MCP.
